I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and felt just like home, providing everything I needed. The location was perfect, right across the road from the beach and a short stroll to the center of Broadbeach. The service was top-notch, with polite and helpful staff who made my stay even better.

The service here was excellent. The staff was polite, very helpful, and truly made me feel welcome. They even arranged for top-floor ocean views for the two apartments we booked for our family from Sydney and Brisbane.

The service, especially from Tony, was excellent, but we wished for more generosity with additional amenities. The location is fantastic, just across from the beach and close to nearby attractions.
